My loves! Today’s video on my English channel is something you guys have been asking me for so long and I’ve finally filmed it – my go-to 10 minute power workout! And best of all, I got the sweet Hannah Bronfman to do it with me! This is a quick, easy but yet great workout that does not require weights and you can do it anywhere. I like to do this workout when I am traveling and don’t have time to head to the gym – i’ll just do it in the hotel room. Even though it does not require weights, you still get a great workout out of it! I really hope you like it!

  • #TravelTips: ALTO ATACAMA TO ENJOY THE DESERT IN GREAT STYLE

Hello, people! The end of the year is right around the corner … and the holidays are knocking on the door. The perfect time to travel and discover new places around the world. Have you ever thought about exploring the Atacama Desert in Chile? The diversity of scenarios you see there is such a great magic, that there is no one who does not leave in awe. It is a journey to reverence Mother Nature’s strength and exuberance. You’ll need at least five full days (if you have more time!) to explore the lagoons, geysers, volcanoes, dunes, hot springs, giant cacti, salt ridges, caves, salt pans and canyons, populated by flamingos, llamas, vicuñas and various species of animals. Despite being an arid region, its geography is very particular and has no monotony. An explosion of colors and landscapes. And when night falls you will have the most starry sky on the face of the earth. A real show with the constellations seeming to be within reach and the stars streaking through the darkness without ceremony. The Atacama Desert is located in northern Chile and occupies an area of almost a thousand kilometers between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean. It is considered the highest and driest desert in the world. That’s why you’ll have many temperature variations throughout the day, ranging from 0 to 35 degrees Celsius with ease. To get to Atacama you need to take two flights (one to Santiago de Chile and the other to Calama) and a 1h15 hour drive to the hotel. Alto Atacama is a hotel that has everything to please. The architecture is fully integrated with nature. It was built next to the ruins of Pukara Quitor, in adobe, to get in tune with the red stones that surround it. It has only 42 charming accommodations, 6 swimming pools, spa and great service. Alto Atacama is only 3 kilometers from the village of São Pedro de Atacama (you can ride the bicycles the hotel offers guests or by van) and offers more than 35 tours. You can’t leave out of these tours: El Tatio Geyser, Puritama Thermal Springs, Salt Mountains, Moon Valley, Death Valley, Tara Salt Flats, Atacama Salt Flats and Altiplano Lagoons. And if you are feeling extra adventurous, you can climb one of the many volcanoes in the region and stretch to the Uyuni Saltpan in Bolivia. Write down all these tips with love because the Atacama Desert is a must-see. On your way back, take a break in Santiago de Chile at the friendly Magnolia hotel, which occupies an old, recently restored mansion. I wish a week full of inspiration and peace for all. XoXo and see you next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius

  • #TravelTips: THE UNBELIEVABLE PYRAMIDS OF EGYPT IN CAIRO

It had been a long time since a destination had aroused as much interest as Egypt. A thousand questions! Much curiosity from you all about this ancient history, about the mysteries of the pyramids, about the powerful life of the pharaohs, about the hieroglyphic writing on the tomb and temple walls. It’s a time travel, really. Sensational! I chose Egypt to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. A destination that I dreamed of visiting from school books and realized that many people have the same dream.  Do you as well? I’ll tell you that it’s worth the trip if you haven’t gone yet. Cairo is often the gateway to Egypt, a huge country in North Africa. You have to have seen it, yes. It can be done on arrival at Cairo Airport “Visa on Arrival” in a few minutes and costs $25 per person. The pyramids are the number one reason for a trip to Egypt. After all, they are the only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world still in existence and have survived virtually intact over 4,000 years of construction. It is said that there are over 100 pyramids in Egypt. I visited the Saqqara complex which includes the Djoser Pyramid or Stepped Pyramid (first built in Egypt), the Unas Pyramid (where I entered the tomb with sarcophagus), some tombs of priests and Pharaoh Teti’s daughter Princess Idut and a corridor of colonnades. But what left me with my jaw dropped was the Great Pyramids of Giza, which today are practically inside the city. I was delighted and very perplexed. In the same area are the pyramids of Cheops (the father), Chefren (the son) and Mikerinos (the grandson). Imagine that the largest of them is the height of a 50-story building and was built around 2,500 BC. Each block of stone used in the building weighed two and a half tons. How did they lift these stones so long ago? The theories are many. Whatever it is … it’s amazing. The Sphinx, a strange lion-bodied figure with a human face, was built near the two smaller pyramids on a single block of stone. Shocking. I stayed at the wonderful Four Seasons hotel at The First Residence because it is closer to the pyramids (on clear days I could see them through the bedroom window) and knowing that in Cairo a good hotel is critical in terms of safety, service and cleanliness. I hired the driver and guide services from Horus Viagens to accompany me (essential in Cairo) and highly recommend it! My guide was an Egyptologist who spoke Portuguese as well as Arabic and English. I wish you a beautiful week. XoXo and see you next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius

  • Fall Must-Have: Ribbed Sweater Dresses

When you think about fall clothing, sweater dresses may not be the first item that comes to mind—but it should. Not only are they soft and cozy, but they also look polished and chic during a time of the year when the weather makes it hard to achieve that. You can throw them on alone, or use them as your base to build the rest of your outfit around, layering long knits and coats on top. Sweater dresses will keep you warm underneath whatever you choose to wear over them, but feel dressed up once you get inside and remove your heavier layers. For fall 2019, it’s specifically ribbed sweater dresses that everyone is craving. They provide a cool texture and contrast to anything they’re paired with and are ultra-flattering against the body as vertical stripes always make you appear taller. This dress is also beyond easy to style—just add boots and throw a coat over your shoulders and your outfit is set. You can also cinch a belt around your waist to define your silhouette more if you like. Brands across the board are offering chic sweater dress styles right now, from affordable retailers like H&M and Topshop to luxury labels like Helmut Lang and Isabel Marant. Regardless of how much you spend, the ribbed texture makes this style look elevated and expensive. It also makes the dress pop against other textures like leather and mock croc. • The Trendy Shade of Autumn: Pistachio/Mint

While in Brazil the hottest seasons are coming up, autumn has already arrived here in the United States and looks are beginning to change to ensembles with more layers and less skin showing. However, for this year no need to bet only on somber colors; gray and black are getting sidetracked and the colorful shades take over the street style outfits. We’ve already seen in this post that the tangerine color is on the rise and now it’s time for the green, more precisely the light green/pistachio/mint to hit the spotlight. For being a shade that is not seen much in looks of the day, you might think this is a color that’s hard to match in ensembles, but the light shades makes it easy, and best of all, it’s versatile and there’s no right or wrong when it comes to putting together a look. It is worth betting on monochrome or even wearing a piece in this color matching with a pair of jeans. Whatever the combination, this tone will make your autumn looks much more elegant and stylish. Take a look at some beautiful inspirations I found on the internet: Look: Georgie Dress via Revolve Sunnies: Ray Ban Pants, blazer, skirt, coat, cardigan or shorts no matter which piece you choose, this color makes the perfect mix and looks even cooler when matched with a more vibrant tone to create an interesting contrast such as red or yellow. The result is elegant, super current, and stylish. • One-Hit Wonder: Jumpsuits

One of the easiest and most underrated wardrobe items is the jumpsuit. It’s the one piece you need to create a chic look with minimal effort since it acts as the focal point of your outfit. Whether layered over a t-shirt or sweater, or worn on its own, a jumpsuit is the throw-on-and-go piece that makes getting dressed so easy. The key to a flattering jumpsuit is making sure your waist is defined—whether by adding a belt or choosing a jumpsuit that cinches at the waist. Defining your waist shows off you silhouette and keeps the jumpsuit from looking like too much material. Then all you have to do is pile on your favorite accessories—jewelry, hats, bags, shoes, whatever you want—and your outfit is set. Luxury labels like Alexandre Vauthier and Zimmermann have insanely chic jumpsuits for every occasion, from parties to the office. So it’s really up to you how much you want to spend and what kind of events you’ll be wearing your jumpsuit to, but regardless of the price or destination there’s an option out there for you. • Beauty Trend: Euphoria Vibes

Colorful makeup has never been so IN as these days, and if you are part of the team that does not dismiss a basic smokey brown,  I believe that after seeing the beautiful inspirations of today’s post, your head and way of doing makeup, will change. This beauty trend started to gain more prominence because of the HBO teen series, Euphoria, where the characters dive into colorful eyes, and now many people have left the neutral tones aside to dig into vibrant shades in eyeshadow, eyeliner, and even to use on the inner corner of the eyes. The cool thing about this trend is that, the rule is to not have a rule, you can create your own style of makeup and you don’t have to be a pro to bet on it. Take a look at some beautiful and easy inspirations I found on Pinterest: Photos: Pinterest If you’re on the team that like and want to bet on colorful makeup but are afraid of going overboard, concentrate colors on the eyes only, leave the bold and vibrant lipsticks aside and bet on a lip balm or colorless gloss. Finish off with a more discreet blush that gives you just a little healthy look. Here the main focus are the eyes, so it is important to leave the skin with less product and a more natural touch. To finalize and leave the eyes more bold, apply several layers of mascara, it is even worth betting on a colored one, but I like to use black to complete the look giving that final touch and leaving everything more harmonious. Let me know in the comments below who will bet or is already betting on this trend! I want to know!

  • #TravelTips: THE COLORS OF AUTUMN ON THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA

There are places where the seasons define very different scenarios throughout the year. Near Beijing, miles and miles of walls wind through mountains, plains, and deserts. The Wall of China is said to be over seven thousand kilometers long. I am not quite sure. But that it is breathtaking, I must agree.  And when the leaves of the trees start turning into orange tones … then the show is even more beautiful! I’ve been to the Great Wall of China four times. In the summer, the blue sky is the biggest star, but the heat prevails and the tiredness when climbing the slopes is damned. In the spring the weather is perfect and the surrounding fields turn bright green. But in the fall … What impressive colors! I dare say that from late October to early November is the most beautiful time to visit this sensational work that the Chinese started building, know when? Between the 5th and 3rd centuries BC. The aim was to protect the nomadic tribes in northern China on the border with Mongolia. Later, during the Qin and Ming Dynasties they were increased, which did not solve much, as this last dynasty ended exactly when the Manchus invaded and crossed the wall. Well, what matters is that the walls keep telling their story for centuries, incredible as it may seem. The Chinese capital Beijing is the starting point for those who want to visit the Wall. There are several access points to enter: Badaling, Simatai, Juyongguan and Mutianyu which I visited this time. It is one of the most fun because it has cable car up and down a toboggan ride. The driving distance from Beijing is just over an hour. Super chill. The Great Wall of China is one of those places in the world that if you have not yet visited, you need to. It was elected as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is worth facing each steep step without fear. Next week I’ll be in Egypt to celebrate my birthday. Each year I choose a place I haven’t been to yet. This will be my visited country number 105. Follow the trip on my Instagram @Claudia_Liechavicius. I look forward to this adventure through the pyramids of Egypt and the Nile. XoXo and until then. Claudia Liechavicius

  • Hair Trends: Middle Part

Just like the fashion world, hair trends come and go. One year the trend will be big, voluminous hair and the next year it will be sleek, straight strands. For 2019, one of the major trends actually has nothing to do with the way you style your hair and everything to do with where you part it—and the most popular right now is right down the middle. The middle part has fluctuated in popularity over the years, with people switching back and forth between sides or just letting their hair naturally fall where it wants to. Side parts have always been considered to be the most flattering, but right now the middle part is having a resurgence and is actually equally flattering. Whether you wear your hair curly, straight, or wavy, a middle part frames your face perfectly. Photo: Jen Atkin To create the perfect middle part, take a comb and measure up from your nose to your hairline and then drag it back towards the crown of your head. Then go ahead and style your hair as you like—run a curling iron or straightener through it and apply your go-to products. If you feel you’re lacking volume, products like R+Co’s Balloon Dry Volume Spray, Oribe’s Swept Up Volume Powder, or Amika’s Vandal Matte Volume Powder can be applied at the root and worked through hair to give you the extra bump you’re looking for. Then just finish off your style with a little texture spray and you’re all set. Photo: Mane Addicts

  • Color Trend: Tangerine

While a typical fall color palette includes shades of maroon, burgundy, camel, and various shades of brown, this year there’s another color trend taking over. Shades of tangerine and turmeric orange have popped up all over the street style scene, and it’s a welcomed pop of color amongst a sea of neutrals right now. These orange hues fit in perfectly with the crisp fallen leaves of autumn and pairs perfectly with every other traditional fall color. Wearing a tangerine shade with other pieces in the same color family is always a chic option, as a monochrome outfit is guaranteed to look great. It also happens to pair perfectly with denim—blue jeans really make orange pop against it. Just add a pair of camel-colored boots and your fall look is set. Full Look: Chloé Photo: Emili Sindlev Sweater: Chanel | Shorts: Cecilie Bahnsen | Shoes: Manolo Blahnik | Sunglasses: Gucci | Bag: Bottega Veneta Fast-fashion brands like Mango, Zara, and Topshop are great places to find this color trend at affordable prices, with a range of tangerine pieces available from blazers to trench coats. • How to Wear Fall’s Bourgeois Trend

Fall 2019 has many exciting trends to test out, but one of the biggest trends this season is also the most low-key. Known as the “bourgeois” trend, this movement celebrates personal taste and styling over must-have items. It highlights an elevated take on minimalist dressing and includes pieces meant for everyday dressing, like pleated midi skirts, suiting, coats, plaid prints, and button-down shirts. Key accessories for this trend include pieces like silk scarves, neutral-colored leather belts, and structured handbags. You can dip a toe in this trend pool with the simple addition of a checkered skirt or blazer, or dive in completely with a head-to-toe plaid suit, silk scarf, and camel leather top-handle bag. Jacket: Maison Margiela | Sweater: Maison Margiela | Skirt: Tibi | Bag: Bottega Veneta Photo: Alyssa Coscarelli Suit: Tibi  Heritage brands like Celine, Louis Vuitton, and Dior featured this trend as one of the stars of their Fall ’19 runway shows, but contemporary brands like Tibi and Staud are embracing it with open arms as well. Even fast fashion brands like Zara and Mango have tons of affordable options for under $100 right now, so whatever your budget is, you can find bourgeois options to add to your wardrobe. • #TravelTips: My Top 5 Restaurants in Barcelona

Traveling and eating well are both sides of the same coin, right? It’s so good to sit down when you aren’t in a hurry to try new flavors when we are discovering corners of the world. But, besides that, gastronomy has the power to reveal many cultural traits. When I plan a trip, I love to visit markets, fairs and going from star restaurants to popular ones. Below I leave my favorites in Barcelona for you to jot down. My number one, the one I always come back to and book in advance is Paco Meralgo. It is a tapas tavern with a relaxed atmosphere and divine flavors. Try sitting at the counter to see movement of the kitchen and so choose more easily. Everything is so good! But the bread with tomatoes is the best in town and the cavaquinhas are unforgettable. Bar Mut is another favorite. It is a very small restaurant and is always full of people. The menu is written on a chalkboard with some fixed and others that change daily. What you can’t help but ask for is the traditional and super exotic egg carpaccio, the scallops and the french toast dessert they call “torrija”. It’s so so good! To eat a beautiful paella with the best view of Barcelona, it is worth climbing the Montjuic and go to Martinez. Go for lunch or when it is still light out to enjoy the mood of the place. Be sure to make a reservation because it is super crowded. Considered the best place in town to enjoy a traditional paella. Want to discover an elegant, tourist-free, local place with great cuisine? Go to Café Jaime Beriestain. He is a super trendy architect and has decorated his own home with lots of charm. It’s worth a brunch, lunch, dinner or even just a cup of coffee. A super cool place. To finalize, I will recommend a rooftop bar that has a sensational view of Barcelona from Casa Batló to the Sagrada Familia. Enjoy sunset at La Dolce Vitae on the top floor of the classic Majestic hotel. Take your time. Get into the Spanish vibe to eat. Slow down! With this selection I am sure you will love the cuisine of Barcelona. Did you write them all down? Let me know if you liked them. XoXo and see you next week. Claudia Liechavicius

  • Accessory of the Moment: Bucket Hats

Hat trends come and go—we’ve seen baseball hats, newsboy caps, and wide-brim styles increase and decrease in popularity over the last few years. As other hat trends have fallen by the wayside, bucket hats are here to take their place. The sporty, streetwear-inspired trend is an unexpected follow-up to the newsboy cap trend that was everywhere last year and the fashion world is embracing it with open arms. The trend is all over the street style scene right now, with fashion girls pairing their bucket hats with everything from dresses to sweaters to matching sets. The addition of a bucket hat gives your outfit an edgy twist, especially if you pair it with something more feminine. Full Look: Dior Top: Camila Coelho Collection Nina Sweater via Revolve | Jeans: GRLFRND | Hat: Ruslan Baginskiy One of the most famous bucket hats of the moment is probably the Dior style, though it does fall on the pricier side. There are plenty of contemporary and fast-fashion brands doing more affordable versions, like Brixton, Loeffler Randall, and the original purveyor of the bucket hat, Adidas. Regardless of how much you want to spend on a bucket hat, you can pair it with an outfit as simple as jeans and a t-shirt, or as elaborate as a floor-length gown and it will give your outfit that cool factor instantly. • Trend: Metallics

And when we least expected it, here they are again, the metallics have come back with full force to the fashion scene and have been the protagonist of many streetstyle looks. Whether gold, silver, bronze or any other color, metallic came and this time can be seen in skirts, pants, jackets, blouses and even accessories, what matters is to put together a harmonious composition and rock the look. Metallic by itself already draws a lot of attention, so my main tip for you who likes the trend, but wants to start slowly, is to match it with another more basic piece, such as jeans, or a white blouse, for example. Another point to consider for those who want to take a little more risk, is that the metallic pieces are usually solid, so they can be combined with pieces that have prints. It’s bolder, but the result can be fantastic. For those who want a more romantic look, the floral patterns offer a very feminine touch. Take a look at some beautiful inspirations I found on the internet: Photos: Pinterest Lastly, if you’re already a trend-setter and a lover, bet fearlessly on the metallic outfits and match it with opaque accessories to create an interesting and full of personality contrast. What did you think of this trend? Ready to go for it?

  • Accessory Trend: Silk Hair Scarves

One of the biggest ’90s hair accessories trends is back in full force—the silk scarf. This look was a signature staple in the music videos of Destiny’s Child, Jennifer Lopez, and Christina Aguilera from that decade, but it’s back in a big way for 2019. Fashion girls from around the globe are adopting this accessory and styling it in ways that make it feel totally modern. To make this hair accessory feel 2019, try pairing it with an unexpected outfit like a sweater or trench coat look. It’s also an easy way to add a pop of color to an otherwise all-black or neutral outfit. It also happens to look ultra-cool with a swimsuit so be sure to pack this accessory for your next beach vacation. • From the Runway to StreetStyle: Polka Dots

Fashion is made of great classics – be it colors, structures, key pieces or materials. Regardless of the trend or season, it is always valid to have timeless items in the wardrobe. In the case of polka dots, there is no doubt that it is considered one of the most feminine and elegant patterns of all time. Back in the 50’s, it was once voted a favorite among Hollywood stars such as Marilyn Monroe and Rita Hayworth for looks that marked vintage aesthetics. Unlike this time, the print is gaining space in both urban scenes and looks that call for more sophistication. Here, Camila and I have invested in proposals that match completely different occasions and show the versatility of pattern. While she opted for a one shoulder blouse combo with smaller dots + denim shorts, I chose a version with the full size prints on the dress. Notice how in the two productions there is an added information: on the one hand, the puffy sleeve. On the other, transparency. It’s always worth innovating on effects, styles and textures when we talk about patterns. In ready to wear collections, there are options that give an even more elegant and cool tone to the polka dot. At Carolina Herrera, a variation in the ratio between the dots of the body of the dress and the sleeves create a modern, super feminine contrast. As a matter of fact, the founder of the brand, Mrs. Herrera, transformed the polka dots into one of her unmistakable DNA elements, in addition to being responsible for presenting them on her runways for past seasons – and even became an exhibition theme in São Paulo. As for Elie Tahari Summer 2020, asymmetry was the characteristic chosen to give bossa to the black and white look. Another label that doesn’t exempt the mix of neutral shades is Michael Kors. On its latest runway, cropped top and high-waisted pants emerged in a chic, laid-back 2-piece sets . For Tommy Hilfiger, the game of transparency and the gray background of the skirt gave a touch of boldness and power to the black dots. With a certain navy mood, Adam Lippes and Tory Burch bet on the navy blue background for their white polka dots. On one side, a model with a slumped waist that plays with ruffles in the skirt and ruching on the blouse. On the other, a dress with a princess neckline, discreet ballooning effect and draped throughout the piece. I am delighted to see such an iconic aesthetic renewed every season. Even if the pattern is the same, I love to see each stylist’s interpretation and the context of the creation. And there are a thousand ideas to embed the trend into your style. XoXo, Alice.

  • Blazers and Bra Tops: An Unexpected Match Made in Heaven

It may sound like a weird pairing, but bra tops and blazers are a match made in sartorial heaven. It’s the perfect way to show a bit of skin without being feeling too exposed. There’s something about the juxtaposition of an oversized blazer next to a small bra top that looks super cool paired with a high-waisted pant. This look has been all over the street style scene, especially during the recent fashion weeks. The key to pulling off this look is to pair your bra top and blazer with something high-waisted—whether that’s jeans, trousers, skirts, or even bike shorts. A high-waist cut ensures you don’t show too much torso underneath the blazer. Blazer: Tibi | Top: Dior | Pants: Camila Coelho Collection Ivanna Pant via Revolve Photo: Emily Ratajkowski It’s also preferable to choose a blazer that’s more oversized—keeping the top layer loose helps balance out the exposed skin underneath. The top doesn’t necessarily have to be a bra per se, any cropped top you like will create a similar vibe. However, a sleeker top is chicer—try to avoid a top with ruffles, a lot of lace, and too many straps to keep the look feeling clean. • Fall Beauty Trend: Pastel Nails

While pastel colors are usually reserved for spring and not typically associated with fall, this year that’s all changing. Fall 2019 nail trends are leaning heavily into pastels of all shades. This is a welcome change from your typical fall palette of maroon, deep burgundy, taupe, and even black. Taking their place this season are colors like baby yellow, amethyst blue, pale pink, and pistachio green. These hues bring an unexpected twist to your manicure and brighten up a darker fall wardrobe. Photo: Essie | Polish: Essie Hay There Beloved nail brands are doing beautiful pastel polishes across the board right now. • #TravelTips: FOOT IN THE SAND AT AMANYARA TURKS AND CAICOS

Special dates call for equally special places. For it was in the hidden and idyllic Amanyara Villas resort, in the most exclusive part of Providenciales Island, in the Turks and Caicos archipelago that our muse Camila and her beloved Icaro went to celebrate nine years of marriage. There is nothing better than choosing a place surrounded by blue, where Caribbean nature hosts one of the most exclusive beach resorts in the world. Amanyara is one of those places you don’t feel like leaving. And you don’t even have to. Resting, relaxing, dating and enjoying nature are the highlights. Camila and Icaro come from a year of many achievements, hard work, relocation to the West Coast of the United States, travel, international shows and most importantly, the launch of her own collection with retail giant Revolve. Of course they deserve to celebrate and slow down in style. Still on the plane, the views of the bluest blues out the window are jaw dropping.  Upon disembarking, a driver from the hotel itself takes care of driving guests to this particular paradise. Before going to your village, a nice welcome cocktail confirms that you are in a world of peace surrounded by pampering everywhere. The hotel’s design – which is very elegant, relaxed and contemporary – is signed by the trendy architect Jean Michel Gathy, who turned the Aman standard into an icon of desire. The resort spreads from the incredible cone-shaped bar, facing the black volcanic rock pool that contrasts with the fluorescent blue sea. On one side is the quiet white sandy Malcoln beach. On the other, there are rocky cliffs that form natural pools in front of irreversible, glass villages and fully integrated with nature. The interior has light-colored wood, a canopy bed and a huge integrated bathroom. In the rooms there are always almonds, pistachios, dried fruits, coffee, tea and beer at will for when the hunger strikes, because the area occupied by the hotel is immense. But don’t worry as each villa has its bicycles at the door in addition to the electric cart which can be requested at any time. The resort’s cuisine is delicious from breakfast to dinner. In fact, if you want a private dinner specially prepared for you at an outdoor table on the cliff, just ask. And don’t miss out on a good spa treatment that’s divine. Amanyara is a dream come true on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Stay at least 4 days to relax and enjoy all the luxury that the resort can offer like no other. I wish many, many years of harmony and happiness to this dear couple who live in my heart. XoXo and a great week to everyone. Claudia Liechavicius

  • Off-White: Fall’s Must-Have Color

A fall color palette typically consists of darker colors like burnt orange, deep burgundy, and chocolate brown. But this season there’s a lighter hue making waves in the fashion world: Off-white. We saw layers of off-white shades worn together all over the Fall ’19 runways, and now it’s all over the streets as well. It looks chic paired with colors in the same family, like beige and khaki, for a cool monochrome look. Mixing different textures is also a good idea when styling an off-white piece, as the combination of shades of beige is guaranteed to complement each other. You can add a pop of color with your accessories or jewelry, but keeping those on the more classic side tends to look a bit more elevated. Top: Camila Coelho Collection Bexley Sweater via Revolve | Skirt: Zimmermann | Bag: Dior Saddle Bag | Earrings: Lili Claspe Photo: Anouk Yve Sweater: Essentiel Antwerp | Pants: Vintage | Shoes: Celine The best part about this color trend is that it always looks expensive—regardless of the actual price tag. It’s one of those rich colors that always looks luxe, and elevates the rest of your outfit instantly. You can take it up another notch by adding gold jewelry, or accessories in rich textures like leather and croc. It’s a trend that once you try it, you won’t be able to stop wearing it. • How to Wear: Paper Bag Pants

Famous in the ’80s, “Paper bag pants” are back in full force and if you’re the type who loves pieces with a more comfy grip, you’ll love this style. The main characteristic of these pants is to be very wide and have a high and marked waist. Moreover, it is precisely this comfortable modeling that makes it a little more “complicated” to match, after all, because it is wider, the main tip is to play with the proportions and match a t-shirt/tank top or even a cropped top, my favorite combo. If you are not comfortable betting on a cropped, my tip is to take advantage of the cold days and wear a third piece to compose the look. The “paper bag” pants combined with a tighter top and a shorter jacket looks beautiful and super original. But only bet on jackets with the length to the waist, never longer than this to not to cause the opposite effect. Take a look at some beautiful inspirations I found on the internet: Photos: Pinterest What do you think of this style of pants? I want to know your thoughts!

  • #TravelTips: REVISITING BARCELONA

Going back to places I’ve been to and where I hold onto great memories is always good. Each trip is always unique and reflects a different moment of life. Therefore, even if the eyes look at places we have seen before, our perception is different. We traced other corners and have the privilege of reviewing those places that have remained in our memory. Returning to Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is always a pleasure! The Spanish city exudes art from every corner. It is cheerful, daring, eccentric and full of sunshine. Walking along the Ramblas is often my starting point whether it’s going to Barceloneta or sighing with Gaudi’s masterpieces scattered around the city. I can’t resist the genius of Casa Batlò inspired by nature. Do you know that place that hypnotizes? The facade is surreal. And this time it was lit up in various colors, which made me sit and spend more than an hour staring open-mouthed. Still on Passeig de Gracia is another striking Gaudi building, Casa Milá. Imagine that at the time it was considered a work of terrible taste and today is a tremendous work of art. Its curvy contours are reminiscent of sand dunes, and the roof vents are wonderful giant sculptures. And the Sagrada Familia church? One of the most amazing religious temples in the world. The project is fantastic, all in organic forms and remains unfinished to this day. On the other hand, Park Güell is a little far from downtown, but it’s a must. Considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Other places I love in Barcelona are the Montjuic Fountains, the Palau de la Musica Catalana, the Barcelona Cathedral in the Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum. For a good meal, head to the Mut Bar and don’t miss out on the scallops, traditional egg carpaccio and French toast called “torrija”. The Paco Meralgo tapas bar is my favorite in town. It is unpretentious and wonderful. Eat all the tapas you feel like. Don’t miss the tomato bread, croquettes and Iberian jamón. Two markets I love are La Boqueria and Santa Catarina. To enjoy the sunset, I recommend the rooftop La Dolce Vitae, of the classic Majestic hotel with a super view of the city. A cool place for brunch or lunch is Café Jaime Beriestain, with elegant décor and delicious dishes.. I recommend you stay in a well located hotel and you can explore a lot on foot. Some of my favorites are The One, Almanac and Mandarin Oriental Barcelona. I wish you a very pink October. XoXo and see you next week. Claudia Liechavicius
