  • Easy, Effective Ways to Boost Your Immune System

Health and wellness are top of mind for everyone right now, with people paying especially close attention to boosting their immune system. While there’s currently no treatment for COVID-19, a strong immune system is something we can all strive for to try to protect ourselves from the virus (plus any other cold or flu-like ailments). Of course our health should always be a priority, but right now most of us are looking for even more ways we can put our health and immune systems first. Luckily there are a few easy ways we can boost our immuninty by adding a few activities and foods to our daily routines—from eating citrus fruits to exercising to drinking enough water. Below are 7 effective (and cost-efficient) ways to boost immunity that we can implement into our daily lives. Get enough sleep: This one sounds obvious, but sleep is the time when your body rests and rebuilds. Eight hours is the most commonly recommended amount, but everyone is different so always listen to your body and do what feels best for you. Get your vitamins and minerals through whole plant foods: Whole plant foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes are full of the vitamins and antioxidants your body needs to help fight off illness. Plus they contain the fiber your body needs to keep things moving along and prevent the buildup of toxins. Citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruits, cantaloupe, mango, and other fruits are high in vitamin C and fiber, so those are a great addition to your diet. Take a vitamin D supplement: Most people are vitamin D deficient, and especially right now when we’re spending more time indoors. Vitamin D helps your body maintain a healthy immune system, fight off infections, and regulate your mood, so making sure you’re getting enough is extremely important. Exercise regularly: Moving your body is not only good for your mood (hello, endorphin rush!) but it has anti-inflammatory benefits that boost your immune system. 30 minutes of exercise five days a week is recommended, so go for a walk or run around your neighborhood if you’re able or tune into some of the many IG live workouts brands and trainers are doing right now (check out @revolve or @trainwithdanny‘s live workouts for an amazing sweat session). Eat fermented foods or take a probiotic: Good gut bacteria helps your body to flush out invader organisms, so eating foods rich in probiotics or taking a supplement is key. Fermented foods like yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kefir are full of good probiotics for a healthy gut microbiome. Stay hydrated: Another one that may sound obvious, but making sure you’re drinking enough water is key for regulating your body temperature and flushing toxins. Water doesn’t help fight off germs, but dehydration can make you more susceptible to illness. It’s recommended that you drink 8 eight-ounce glasses of water daily, and if you have trouble keeping track try using a water bottle with a water tracker to keep you accountable. Manage your stress levels: Long-term stress promotes inflammation (which weakens your immune system and has been linked to chronic diseases like Alzheimer’s), so managing it through activities like exercise, meditation, journaling, and yoga is important for overall health. • How to Create the Ultimate Relaxing Bath Experience

There are few things in life more relaxing than a long, hot bath. And during a highly uncertain time like this, focusing on self-care and rituals that make you feel calm are so important. For some people, creating a tranquil bath experience is something they do regularly and they have their routine down to a science. But for others that are new to the bath game, you may still be working to perfect your bath situation—you think you’ve drawn the perfect bath only to get in the tub and realize you forgot your book and there’s no music playing and your candles aren’t lit yet. Luckily it only takes a few steps to create a spa-like bath experience in your own bathroom, and below is an easy check list to utilize while getting ready for your next self-care night. From candles to bubbles to music, here’s everything you need for the ultimate relaxing bath. Candles Bubbles (or salts, or oils, depending on your preference) Relaxing music Good book Candles: There’s something about lighting a candle to two that instantly shifts your mood—from the dim lighting to the fragrance. Try placing a few of your favorite candles around your bathroom and bath tub while drawing your next bath. Make sure to stick to one scent (maybe use one fragrance candle and non-scented for the others) so you don’t overwhelm your bathroom with too many different smells, and light them before you sink into the tub (we’ve all made that mistake at least once). Le Labo and P.F. Candle Co. have intoxicating fragrances if you’re in the market for a new candle, or check out our previous post on the best non-toxic candles for additional brand recommendations. Bubbles/ salts/ oils: Depending on the texture you prefer, you can add either bubbles, bath salts, or essential oils to your water (or a combination of the three!). For the most relaxing effect, choose one of these with aromatherapy benefits—the most calming scents are lavender, chamomile, vetiver, and neroli. Bath salts like epsom are great for alleviating muscle soreness, while oils help moisturize dry skin, and bubbles are just fun. If you have sensitive skin you may want to avoid bubbles, however, as most strip away the skin’s natural oils and can cause irritation. 3. Relaxing music: Turn on something that helps put you in a calm mindset, whether that’s classical music, meditative sounds, or your favorite playlist. Podcasts are also a great way to open your mind while laying in the tub. 4. A good book: Getting lost in your favorite book will always take you out of your own mind and body for a bit, so why not do so while laying in a hot bath surrounded by your favorite things? If you’re new to baths and trying to get into the ritual a good read can also help pass the time if you’re prone to feeling antsy. Photo: Janice Joostema That’s it! Now just sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful serenity a good bath can bring. What’s your favorite bath ritual? Let us know in the comments below!

  • #TravelTips: WHEN CAN WE TRAVEL AGAIN?

Quarantine day # 55. We’ve been confined for almost two months. Some alone, others with family or friends. Some crying out for good company, others wanting space. Some enjoying the moment, others desperate. What we do know is that when we can finally leave the house, the first choices will be directed to places that take us to loved ones, that have some close affective bond, that have an exuberant nature, and that are relatively close, within a few hours’ reach by car. Below I suggest a charming city in Brazil, full of history, with beautiful beaches, many waterfalls, small inns, and close to both Rio and São Paulo: the very cute Paraty. The city was built at the end of the 16th century, between the sea and the mountains, and maintains the air of yesteryear in its flowery streets, with stone floors. So much so that it was listed by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute – IPHAN – in 1958. Paraty, besides having a beautiful historical heritage, is one of the most photogenic Brazilian cities. It has delicious restaurants, artisanal cachaças and very exclusive inns like Casa Turquesa with only 9 rooms (where I suggest the brown room) and Pousada Literária that makes a cheese bread waffle from the gods that I share the recipe with you to brighten up the quarantine. Blend 1 cup of milk, 1 egg and ½ cup of oil in a blender. Add 200 grams of cured minas cheese, salt and beat some more. Finally add 1 and ½ cup of sour powder and ½ teaspoon of yeast. Beat quickly. Pour enough into a waffle maker or small saucepan and eat with a sigh. It is delicious! I hope your week is as good as this waffle cheese bread and that you are doing well. XoXo and see you next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius

  • The 6 Hand Soaps You’ll Actually Want to Use

Hand washing has become top of mind for everyone in 2020—something you probably never thought twice about is now a hot topic of conversation. For most people, 20 seconds has never felt longer when you’re thoroughly scrubbing your hands, so why not make the whole experience more pleasurable by choosing a hand soap you enjoy? From texture to ingredients to scent, there’s a lot to think about when it comes to selecting the right hand soap that will make you actually look forward to the activity. You want one that suds and foams, doesn’t strip your hands of oil or dry them out, and gives off a scent you enjoy. The wrong hand soap will dry out your hands, making them feel cracked, rough, and painful, so choosing one that keeps them feeling hydrated is key.  Since hand washing will continue to be an important activity moving forward, treating yourself to a hand soap you love will make it feels less like a chore and more like a luxurious self-care moment. Below are 6 hand soaps you’ll find yourself actually wanting to use. Photo: Sara Shakeel Aesop Reverence Aromatique Hand Wash ($39): There’s a reason this product is in every influencer’s bathroom (and not just for its aesthetically-pleasing packaging)—this wash contains botanicals that gently cleanse and exfoliate hands without drying them out. Oh, and the intoxicating scent is just dreamy.   Grown Alchemist Orange, Cedarwood, & Sage Hand Wash ($37): Between the invigorating scent and the gel texture, it’s hard to determine what the best part of this hand wash is. The coconut oil and fennel seed work together to cleanse and hydrate, while the sweet almond oil nourishes dry skin to leave your hands feeling refreshed.   Byredo Rose Hand Wash ($65): Talk about a luxurious experience—Byredo’s Rose hand wash smells like you just stepped into a blooming rose garden (not to mention the chic packaging). This gentle formula nourishes hands while cleansing to keep your hands feeling soft. It’s definitely a splurge, but it makes a dull task like washing your hands suddenly feel spa-like.   Oribe Côte d’Azur Revitalizing Hand Wash ($36): Not only does this hand wash smell divine (like all of Oribe’s products), but the lemon peel extract works to cleanse while the grape seed oil works to moisturize at the same time. It’s also free from parabens, petrolatum and mineral oil, so it’s a product you can feel confident about using.   Malin + Goetz Lime Hand & Body Wash ($22): This non-toxic hand wash gently purifies without irritating, drying, or stripping skin of oils. Natural glycerin works to hydrate while cleansing, and the light lime scent has an energizing effect.   L’Occitante Lavender Cleansing Hand Wash ($24): This non-drying formula gently cleanses without disturbing the skin’s natural pH balance. And the refreshing lavender scent leaves hands lightly scented. Photo: Ohuprettythings Photo: Valérie Bois Jimenez What’s your favorite hand soap? Let us know in the comments below!

  • 5 Self-Tanning Products for the Best At-Home Glow

If you’er feeling particularly pale and sun-deprived these days you’re not alone—being quarantined does deny us the levels of vitamin D we’re all craving. Unless you’re one of the lucky few who have a backyard or balcony to lay out on, you’re most likely stuck indoors for most of the day right now. But at least we’re able to fake it in the tanning department as there are so many products that deliver an amazing sun-kissed glow without even leaving your bathroom. From mousses to drops to lotions, there are almost too many options to choose from when looking for an at-home tanning product, so I’ve narrowed it down to 5 that are easy to apply and give you amazing results. All of these products will leave you with a natural-looking bronze glow, and never look orange or streaky. Some of these even have elements that help tone and firm the skin while simultaneously bronzing—a win-win. Below are the 5 best self-tanning products for a beautiful, natural at-home glow. St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse ($44): This thick mousse formula is beyond easy to apply and gives you a natural-looking bronze in just a few hours. Simply use the St. Tropez applicator mitt to apply the mousse evenly over your entire body or the areas you’d like to tan, leave on for a few hours, and rinse off. The mousse leaves a light brown tint on the skin after you apply so it’s easy to spot any areas you may have missed. Containing 100% natural DHA, you can control how dark you want to be by leaving the mousse on anywhere from one to four hours (one hour giving you a glow, two hours for a medium tan, and three to four hours for a darker bronze). St. Tropez also makes a Bronzing Water Face Mist to gives your face a glow boost to match your body.   Tan-Luxe Illuminating Self-Tan Drops ($59): These concentrated tanning drops gives you a buildable, natural-looking glow that’s customizable to match your desired tan level. To apply, mix the drops with your favorite moisturizer or body butter and apply evenly to your entire body. These drops are great because you can control how tan you want to be—if you’re looking to simply maintain a glow you’ll add less drops than if you’re looking to tan quickly for an occasion. There’s also no transfer (unlike some other self tanners) so you don’t have to worry about staining your light clothes or sheets after you apply. Tan-Luxe also offers the Illuminating Self-Tan Drops specifically formulated for the face.   Isle of Paradise Glow Clear, Color Correcting Self-Tanning Mousse ($29): This non-toxic mousse comes in three shade levels and offers a clear formula that doesn’t transfer onto clothes or sheets (and also has no smell like most other self-tan products!). It’s also 100% clean, so if you’re looking to detox your beauty routine this is a great addition. Isle of Paradise also offers self-tan drops to be mixed with moisturizer if that’s your preferred method of applying.   Elle Effect Self Tanning Mousse ($45): Another mousse that gives you a perfectly bronzed glow is Elle Effect—it goes on evenly, has a subtle rose scent to mask any tanning smell, and is completely customizable. Apply somewhere between one and three layers depending on how dark you want to be (one for a subtle glow, two to look like you just returned from a day at the beach, and three to look like you just got back from a sun-filled vacation). It’s also great for beginners because it doesn’t leave behind any streaking.   COOLA Sunless Tan Firming Lotion ($46): This non-toxic, organic sunless tanning lotion delivers a natural glow while also firming and toning the skin. The beet-derived DHA gives you streak-free color (that doesn’t transfer onto clothes!) while caffeine and seaweed help firm. To use, apply the lotion evenly over your body in circular motions and allow two to four hours for the tan to develop, and six to eight hours before showering. After the initial four hours if you’re looking for a darker bronze, simply apply another layer lotion and wait another four. What’s your favorite tanning product? Let us know in the comments below!

  • #TravelTips: MOTHER’S DAY AND SUSTAINABILITY ON THE RISE

Mother’s Day is coming up. A date that in 2020 will be celebrated in a very different way than it usually is. Perhaps the affection is from a distance, if you are confined away from your mother. Maybe you can prepare a picnic in the garden or a nice lunch for her. But you may want to plan a post-pandemic getaway to live out good stories with your mother. So it’s worth thinking very responsibly and making good choices when this scare goes away. Sustainable hotels with a focus on preserving the environment, will be the next big thing. I suggest two incredible hotels. One of them is in Ubud, Indonesia. It’s the Bamboo Indah Hotel. A perfect corner of the world to live days of peace and spirituality, with a great comfort and in contact with nature. The philosophy of the boutique hotel is based on sustainability and has extreme respect for nature in which it was built. Old Balinese houses form the body of the hotel and some accommodations were made in bamboo, integrated into the context. The pools, which are made of volcanic stone, do not receive chemicals in their cleaning process. The energy is solar. The garbage is recycled. The kitchen is supplied by the hotel’s own organic vegetable garden. And the workforce used prioritizes the local community. A very special place! The other is one of the most sustainable and exclusive hotels I have ever had the privilege of visiting in the world, The Brando. The secret paradise of actor Marlon Brando, on the island of Tetiaroa, in French Polynesia. There, nature is taken very seriously. Electricity is generated by solar panels. The cooling system uses the cold water from the bottom of the sea and is powered by water pressure using very little energy. The hotel is on its way to becoming carbon neutral. In addition, with an unusual system, it has managed to reduce the amount of mosquitoes on the island by more than 90% through sterilization. These are just some interesting points of this phenomenal place. Two places I’m sure your mom will love to receive as a post-pandemic gift card. I wish you a wonderful week. Enjoy your mother a lot. And if you can, stay home! Happy Mother’s Day!   XoXo and see you next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius

  • #TravelTips: KEUKENHOF TO COLOR THE SOUL

Every year the show repeats itself in the Dutch spring. Thousands of tulip bulbs bloom and enchant the world with their beauty. The Keukenhof Park in Lisse, 40 kilometers from Amsterdam, opens its doors to the public for 50 days from mid-March to May. But in 2020, the coronavirus did the favor of disrupting everything. The Netherlands declared isolation until June 1, so the park will be closed. What a shame! However, the good news is that we can visit the park by entering Keukenhof.nl. There are several videos and beautiful photos of the park without visitors and with its 7 million flowers giving a show. The show continues! Even if the doors are closed. The tulips are there and are worth visiting virtually. I hope that next year we will be free of this invisible enemy to visit the Netherlands during the spring. It is one of those places that is worth going to at least once in your life. For the moment, stay home. Take care of yourself a lot. This too shall pass!   XoXo and see you next Tuesday. • How to Make Effective DIY Hair Masks at Home

At this point in quarantine we’re all craving a trip to the hair salon for something—whether it’s a hair cut, color, or treatment. Since taking scissors or hair dye into our own hands at home is probably not the best idea, turning to hair masks and DIY treatments is our safest option. Of course there are many amazing brands that offer luxurious hair masks and oils, but you can actually make effective masks to address a variety of different hair concerns right in your kitchen using items from your refrigerator and pantry. Even those new to the DIY scene can blend two or three of these ingredients in a bowl, so if you usually shy away from creating your own products this is one area not to be afraid of as it’s quite simple. Whether you’re looking to treat dried out and broken strands, a flakey/itchy scalp, dull color, or grease, there’s a DIY combination for you—All you’ll need are a few ingredients from your kitchen: Coconut oil Avocado Eggs Apple Cider Vinegar Honey Lemon Green Tea Below is a breakdown of the various ways you can combine these ingredients to target specific hair issues—from dullness to dryness to damage. For Dry Hair: Honey (1 teaspoon) + Egg (1) + Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon)— Combine these ingredients in a bowl, apply to your hair, and leave on for 30 minutes. This masks is ultra-hydrating that nourishes hair without weighing it down or messing up your color.   For Dull Hair: Honey + Apple Cider Vinegar + Coconut Oil—Combine equal parts of each ingredient (depending on your hair length, that could be 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon, or more), apply to your hair when it’s still damp, and let the mask soak in for 20 minutes. Finally, shampoo the mask out of your hair and see how glossy your hair looks.   For Flaky/Irritated Scalp: Green Tea (1 cup) + Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon)—Mix these two in a bowl or glass and massage into your scalp. Let it sit on your hair for at least five minutes and then rinse out in the shower. The green tea’s antioxidant properties will soothe your scalp while the ACV will help remove excess oil. If your scalp is feeling particularly flaky, combine a small amount of coconut oil with sugar first for a scalp scrub that will remove excess flakes, then finish off with the green tea rinse.   For Grease: Egg White (1 egg) + Lemon juice (half)—Combine one egg white with the juice from half a lemon to create a mask that will remove excess oil and grease from your roots and scalp. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes (or longer!) and then rinse with warm water. The protein enzymes in the egg white zap excess oil instantly.   For Damaged Hair: Avocado (half) + Egg (1) + Coconut Oil or Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)—Combine these three in a bowl, apply to wet hair, and wrap hair up into a bun. Blow dry for 10 minutes to help activate the ingredients, then let it sit for an additional 20, and finish off by washing it out in the shower. The omega-3 fatty acids provide strength and shine, while the avocado helps moisturize the scalp.   Photo: Ouai What’s your favorite DIY hair mask? Let us know in the comments below!

  • What to Wear For an At-Home Workout

Working out at home can be a total change of pace if you typically go to a class or train in a gym. The energy of other people is motivating and putting yourself in that environment can instantly change your mindset towards moving your body. So trying to motivate yourself in the comfort of your own home can be challenging to say the least (especially when your cozy couch and Netflix are right there to tempt you). But moving your body even just for a few minutes can boost your mood by releasing endorphins in your brain—we’ve all experienced that euphoric “runner’s high” before. And it’s especially important right now to keep your spirits lifted and mental health in check during these uncertain times. One of the things that can help put you in the mood to commit to an at-home workout is changing into a good athletic outfit. Trust me, leggings are much more motivating than sweat pants. Just slip into your favorite sports bra, leggings, and sneakers and you’ll instantly feel one step closer to getting your sweat on. There are a few brands that you can always count on to make activewear that’s not only comfortable and moves with you, but also makes you feel cute while doing it. From chic matching sets to cropped sweatshirts to bike shorts, these brands make activewear that will make you actually want to work out. Full Look: Year of Ours | Shoes: Nike Photo: Kelsey Merritt Full Look: Alo   Alo is the chic activewear brand you’ve probably already seen all over Instagram and if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s worth the hype. The Airlift Leggings are one of their best-sellers for a reason—they lift your booty and make your legs look ultra-long, while also being comfortable enough for any kind of workout. Nike is as classic as it gets but is still one of the best brands you could choose in terms of performance activewear. Their leggings move with you whether it’s a HIIT workout or meditative yoga, and their sneakers are the top choice of runners everywhere. Year of Ours offers quality staples with a fashion twist—like lace-up sports bras and color-blocked leggings. They also have the most flattering bike shorts with a V-shaped waistline that feels far from basic. Free People’s FP Movement line is full of colorful activewear options that are both functional and comfortable—you’ll definitely find yourself lounging around in these well after your workout is finished. • How to Remove Gel Nail Polish At Home

While most of the world is now in quarantine, it’s left most of with a lot of questions. Many of our questions are yet to be answered, but one of the more minor dilemmas a lot of us are experiencing is how to remove gel nail polish at home. Typically you would just have it done during your salon visit, but since that’s not an option right now, doing it at home will have to do. Luckily removing gel nail polish at home (without causing damage to your nails) is possible, and it’s actually easy—as long as you have the right tools. Here’s what you’ll need: Nail file Acetone nail polish remover Coconut oil or olive oil Once you have these three items, you’re just a few minutes away from gel-free nails—just follow the four steps below. Step One: File down the top coat. Since a gel manicure typically consists of a few layers, you’ll want to take your nail file and buff down the top coat of polish. You’ll want to file about half way through and then let the acetone work to remove the rest of the gel. File with even pressure around the nail and stop if you ever get to a point where you feel pain. Make sure not to file too far down (never all the way to your nails) so that you don’t accidentally damage your nail.   Step Two: Soak your nails in acetone. Part of the double-edged sword of gel nail polish is that it doesn’t easily come off, which is great when you want to go weeks without chipped nails but not so great when trying to remove it. For this reason, regular nail polish remover won’t work on gel manicures—You’ll need pure acetone to free your nails at home. Once you’ve finished step one and buffed down the top layer of gel, soak a cotton ball in acetone and lay it on top of each nail, then wrap each finger in foil to really hold the acetone on there. Wait at least ten minutes for the gel to start to lift.   Step Three: Peel off each nail.  Photo: Coco Cuenco Once your nails have soaked in acetone for at least ten minutes, the gel should start to lift and peel off easily. Don’t force it though—if one nail isn’t coming off easily go ahead and soak it another five minutes until the acetone loosens the gel to a point where you can remove it gently. If you own a cuticle pusher you can also use that to (gently!) help lift the gel polish off of your nail.   Step Four: Treat your nails with oil. Photo: Michelle Lee Once all your gel nail polish is removed, your nails will most likely be feeling sensitive for a while. Nourish your nails by applying coconut or olive oil (or nail strengthening oil, if you have it) a few times a day to help moisturize your nail beds. It’s a good idea to take a little break from nail polish to let your nails recover, and once you are ready to paint your nails again using a strengthening base coat is a great way to keep your nails looking healthy.   Have you removed gel nail polish at home? • Chic, Non-Toxic Candles to Brighten Up Your Home

During these uncertain times, it’s totally normal to be feeling uneasy and anxious so people are doing a range of things to help ease their anxiety and keep them feeling calm. From meditation to gratitude journaling to working out and self-care routines, there are many different ways you can calm your nerves and make you feel more grounded. Aromatherapy is one of the most common anxiety-lowering practices, like diffusing essential oils and burning candles. Since most of us are burning candles daily right now, it’s a good time to think about what that candle could be emitting into the air.  Some brands contain toxic ingredients like refined paraffin (which could release carcinogenic soot), added fragrance (which could release formaldehyde), and wicks that contain metal (which could release small amounts of lead). These toxins are something to keep in mind when choosing your candles, and luckily there are so many amazing brands that you can burn safely without having to worry about any of this. You’ll want to look for vegetable-based waxes (like beeswax and soy) and wicks that don’t contain any metal (aka pure cotton wicks). Below are some of the best-smelling non-toxic candle brands to add to your home that you can burn confidently and are sure to relax your mind. 1. Costa Brazil Vela Jungle Candle Photo: Costa Brazil Costa Brazil’s Vela Jungle Candle is a plant-based wax candle with a refreshing botanical scent. • #TravelTips: WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE PARIS

April, A little holiday rolling during the spring in Paris and how are we? Traveling on the sofa and dying to see the City of Light again, toasting to the sunny days with a beautiful glass of champagne, feeling the smell of croissants coming out of the oven, sitting in a good cafe to watch life happen without haste. But, until this happens in practice, we will see Paris on the small screen, from home. For starters, I suggest the French series Dix pour Cent which is already in its fourth season and shows behind the scenes of an agency in charge of taking care of the career of great talents, some of Paris’ most beloved postcards, iconic hotels and the delicious movement in the streets. It’s a great way to get inside the screen. Those who have not yet seen the film Midnight in Paris directed by Woody Allen have the chance to immerse themselves during quarantine in the romantic and nostalgic Paris where the writer Gil (Owen Wilson) takes night trips. Surprisingly at the bells ringing at midnight he is transported to 1920, the golden age of France, where he experiences great moments. Also watch Amélie which received several Oscar nominations and had a surreal box office during its release. Arriving in Paris from a country town, Amélie moves to Montmartre, where she works as a waitress. She starred in many scenes in the beautiful Parisian landscape as she discovered that helping others can change her world. It’s worth the popcorn session! And this way we can reminisce this city full of personality, which is sewn by art, history, gastronomy and fashion. Soon Paris will receive us resplendent and with open arms. For now it’s time to protect yourself and stay home. XoXo and see you next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius
