  • Bet on dresses for this Summer!

It does not get any better than being comfortable in the summer, right ?! But often this is not an easy task when choosing the look of the day and hence comes the idea of today’s post: dresses. For some reason, dresses are pieces that are often left aside when setting up the daily look and end up being worn only in two strands: for more formal occasions or for something more relaxing, such as a weekend in the park. But why not bet on the piece in office looks or even for times when we need to be tidy but with a cooler and more stylish touch? Dresses are super versatile pieces and if they are worn with the right compositions, it can become your sweetheart piece of summer, after all, in addition to keeping the production with a touch of freshness, it guarantees style without effort. Want to see? As you may already know, I’m passionate about dresses! For me any occasion is a reason to wear the most feminine and comfortable piece that exists. Not to mention that versatility is one more reason to bet on my darling item of life: You can wear it day or night, with or without a heel, to go to the beach or to a wedding, anyway .. this is the piece that will make your summer look fresh, comfy and stylish at the same time! Did you like the tips, my loves?

  • #TravelTips: SHARING THE BEST OF ARAB CULTURE IN THE DESERT OF DUBAI

If the word “Dubai” refers you to a scene full of amazing buildings with iconic designs and nabobes shopping malls, know that you only have to walk a few kilometers towards the desert to find a strong and well preserved culture. Traveling is this – to get in touch with different cultures, to know other ways of life, to see the sun set in other horizons. For the privilege of getting in touch with the traditions of the Arab world, with the Bedouin life, surrounded by great comfort, in a true oasis, I recommend the Al Maha Desert Resort. A sensational place with 42 huge suites totally decorated according to local tradition, a one hour drive from Dubai. Do you know who spent the honeymoon at this resort? Our dear Preta Gil. Is not it a luxury? It is that the hotel has been quoted in several lists as being one of the best and most unusual in the world. Each of the accommodation has a deque with private pool, totally indevasable. Or rather, “almost” because sometimes or another appears a curious antelope or some “Bambi” native of the region to snoop. And let’s agree that you are most welcome to brighten desert life. They are too beautiful! Sabe quem passou a lua de mel nesse resort? Nossa querida Preta Gil. The resort offers horseback riding, camel ride on the dunes to watch the sunset, falconry demonstration with wonderful eagles, spa and other activities. But if relaxing is your number one goal, know that the tents are super luxurious, each with a super inviting pool, the room is equipped with a mini bar full of delicious little things. All you need is good company! And after two or three days immersed in the calm of the desert, take advatange to enjoy a few days in bustling Dubai that is full of great surprises. I must confess that I am a fan of the United Arab Emirates. Are you? I take this opportunity to wish a happy birthday to our diva Camila!  Millions of happiness Camila in this new cycle that begins. You are pure light and deserve all the best of this life. I hope you enjoyed today’s tip and wish you all a great week. XoXo, Claudia Liechavicius

  • Look of the Day: The Return of Patchwork

Patchwork is back in full force and in this NYFW, it continued with strong presence on the runways! For the Coach show, which happened last week in New York, I chose a casual look with dark wash jeans, wide leg and high waist (70’s vibe that I love), jacket with a yellow turtleneck, finalizing with the key piece, which was this lovely jacket in patchwork of the brand’s last show! Total Look: Coach What did you think of this look?!

  • Look of the Day: Sporty Spice

Today’s look is a combination of two trends that I LOVE – total white and sporty chic. To attend the Rosa Chá show, which inaugurated at NYFW, I chose a beautiful look by the brand, which was even shown on the catwalk – bomber jacket with a bulky shoulder and a net top underneath. To give more strength to this sport vibe, I bet on a striking makeup – braid and colored eyeshadow, which gave the look a more modern attitude! What did you think of this look, my loves?

  • From the Runway to StreetStyle: Yellow Dress

Ever since fashion has assumed that rules are only part of the past, fashionistas are increasingly exploring unusual aesthetics to wear around. Among them, of course, are the monochromatic looks in vibrant tones, like yellow. Hit of the 1980s, the color is back to give an energy injection to looks throughout the year – not exclusively during the summer. Camila and I bet on modern versions with a resort mood. While she chose a V-neck dress, puffy structured sleeves and a slit, I opted for an off-shoulder model. Notice: we follow the same tonality! On the runways, dresses of different shapes have gained attention. While at Brandon Maxwell, the broad chemise model was the star of the show, Monse chose the asymmetric option with a chain strap for an unexpected proposal. The pieces worthy of red carpet could also be full yellow. Who made them? Alexis Mabille and Valentino bet all their chips in the combinations with lace, belts and slits, as well as bows in A line, respectively. In the modern movement, Sies Marjan brought the mix of different less vibrant shades for an urban and elegant proposal in the measure. As for Givenchy, cutouts, asymmetries and skin in evidence were the highlight of the yellow dress. XoXo, Alice.

  • #TravelTips: A PLACE DIFFERENT FROM ALL, WELCOME TO INLE LAKE

There are some places that have the power to amaze and fascinate us. Myanmar is one of them, more precisely the Inle Lake region. It’s a world apart, a rough diamond! It has an ultra peculiar culture. It practically does not suffer interference from the life that happens a few tens of miles away. You are literally transported to another dimension. It is from this great lake called Inle that many families of different ethnicities take their livelihood from fishing, from floating tomato plantations and other vegetables, or even from the manufacture of handicrafts and weaving. Life is simple, the robes and turbans have vibrant colors and the smiles are covered by the shyness of those who lived isolated for years, because of wars and even internal conflicts. And that’s exactly why the culture was untouched. The doors of Myanmar opened to the world only in 2012. The entrance into Myanmar usually is by Yangon, the old capital. It is the largest city in the country and from there departs flights from local companies to smaller cities. The nearest airport to Inle Lake is called Heho. It is an hour’s drive from the hotel zone of Inle Lake, where you need to pay 15,000 Kyats or $10 per person to enter. The road itself is already a whole program. A village next to the other, Buddhist temples, monks, animals on the road, tuk-tuks circling and a lot of people here and there. Choose a lakeside hotel. I suggest the traditional Aureum Palace Inle or the new Sofitel. As soon as the day arrises you begin to follow the movement of the small wooden boats. I imagine that you have already seen some photo of the fishing characteristic of the region, which looks more like a ballet or an acrobatics. Skilled Intha fishermen balance one leg only as they maneuver their huge baskets and spears into the lake. It’s beautiful to see. Stay at least three days in Inle Lake to experience the life of the lake. Get to know some of the stilt villages, visit the craft shops between the canals, have lunch at one of the lake’s restaurants, visit temples and floating markets. Life is simple, but of a wealth that impresses. Be sure to visit the stupas of Kakku, a very sacred Buddhist complex in a mountainous region 100 kilometers from the lake where very interesting ethnic minority groups live, including the Pa-O who live from rice farming. The best time to visit the country is from October to March. I hope you have been enchanted by these photos and the story, just as I was enchanted by this country. I wish you all a wonderful week to all! Claudia Liechavicius

  • Look of the Day: Earthy Tones

I’m addicted to the combo of today’s look – silk with boots! I wore it several times during NYFW, some with skirts and some with dresses. In addition to being an ultra sophisticated combination, there is this feminine/lady footprint that is part of my DNA! To attend the TIBI show, I made an overlay of a sleeveless silk dress, with a high-necked pullover sweater, both earthy pantone in a pumpkin shade! I finalized with a purse and boots in wine tones, for a more harmonious and less obvious result! Check it out: Dess: Tibi | Sweater: Isabel Marant | Boots: Sam Edelman | Purse: DVF | Sunglasses: Chloé What did you think of the results?

  • #TravelTips: Come Check Out The Upbeat Janeiro Hotel in Rio

Carnival is right around the corner. From March 1 to 6, Rio de Janeiro will host one of the largest and most lively popular gatherings in the world. To enjoy this week in style, nothing better than choosing the most fashionable boutique hotel in the city, the Janeiro. Osklen’s creator, Oskar Metsavah, made his debut in the luxury hotel industry and was responsible for the complete overhaul of the former Marina All Suites hotel, along with partner Carlos Werneck (who owns Pousado Maravilha in Fernando de Noronha). The hotel came out beautiful. It has the face of Rio: it is relaxed, contemporary, minimalist, elegant and laid back to the exact extent, and of course has the DNA of fashion. Its 19 floors occupy one of Leblon’s hottest corners a few steps from the sand. As a frame, the Morro dos Irmãos on one side, the Arpoador on the other, and on the terrace you can see the Christ Redeemer with open arms. In fact, sitting on the rooftop of the hotel January to enjoy the sunset has already become one of the favorite programs of the locals. Unbeatable. I had the privilege of enjoying some beautiful sunshine at Janeiro, in a suite facing the sea of Leblon and I fell in love. There are 53 beautifully decorated apartments with carioca soul. Light tones, good lighting, natural materials, ultra comfortable beds, bedding, table and baths developed by Trousseau with supervision of Oskar, amenities of the Brazilian Granado, and now the best of everything … when you take a shower, do you know what the view is like? You will have the most chic beach in Rio in front of you. It can’t be any better than this! In fact, to enjoy the beach, the hotel offers all structure with chairs and tents. But, if you prefer pool, it has an infinity edge, on the eighteenth floor a few steps from the bar. The drinks menu is really good as well. Another highlight is that the hotel is environmentally friendly: it uses biodegradable cleaners, collects selective waste, uses returnable glass bottles, paper straws and reuses rainwater. Now to the last tip, even if you are not staying at the hotel be sure to try the restaurant in Janeiro. Everything is good from breakfast to dinner. Janeiro came right in time to bring light and renewal to Rio. You need to go for a visit. Take advantage of Carnaval week and come to Rio. XoXo and see you all next Tuesday! Claudia Liechavicius

  • From the Runways to StreetStyle: Camel + Black & White

Camel + White + Black. The equation works well when all three colors are together or only two of them meet. Believe me, the latest runways have proven that it is an infallible combo in the elegance concept. Classic from the 1970’s, the earthy tone brings that vintage, cool and an exquisite reference to the ensemble. In Hermès, it often appears in looks especially when they are pieces of leather. For the spring 2019 season, the brand bet on the mid-length skirt with straps and a black top. A way to create urban versions for French sophistication. Camila also invested in a midi skirt, but instead of the cropped, she brought a corrugated white pullover for a cozy chic look. As for my look, I chose the neutral trio. With an ultra-versatile inspiration, I chose the black maxi cardigan with pearl appliqués + white high-collar cashmere + wide leg camel. The white top was also featured in the Akris collection, which he composed with a jacket and camel pants. For Tibi, the choice was the camel monochrome in the dress and a white maxi blazer. At Max Mara, a match of black t-shirt and earthy skirt with pleats. Among Burberry’s overdone productions by Riccardo Tisci, the camel stood out at various times. In addition to the animal print pieces inspired by Bambi, there is a choice of pleated pants that comes in combination with the printed black shirt. As for Prada’s presentation, the sweater and skirt in the earthy version are in tune with the accessories (black belt, 3/4 tights and pumps). A fashionista match in the right measure! The union of neutrals has an incredible force in fashion. Each one with its personality and always bringing exquisite and modern meanings to the visuals. XoXo, Alice.

  • #TravelTips: BALLOON FLIGHT IN BAGAN, LET’S GO?

There are some places in this world that arouse our curiosity in such a way that we find a way to get there, no matter the distance. Has this ever happened to you? As for me, the Myanmar was a constant dream. Doing that epic balloon flight over the temples of Bagan watching daylight was a movie that was repeated in my imagination. The day has finally come! Just to put it on the map, Myanmar is in Asia. Its neighbors are: India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Laos and China. It is one of the most closed countries in the world, it is different from everything and it was only recently that it began to reveal itself. The most visited city in the country is the sensational Bagan. Imagine that in an area of only 40 square kilometers there are more than two thousand temples scattered. That’s right: two thousand! A balloon flight over this treasure of the ancient Kingdom of Burma is breathtaking. The adventure begins at 5 o’clock in the morning. Even before daybreak, a super-charming vintage red bus, which was once used during the wars, but which now exhibits a peace vibe, passes through the hotels looking for the tourists. I chose the Balloons Over Bagan company for being the pioneer in the country (but there are also Oriental Ballooning and Golden Eagle). The ride price per person ranges from 350 to 450 dollars. It is expensive. But you know what? It is worth every penny. It’s unforgettable. Still in the dark, coffee is served while you sit near the area where the balloons are being prepared. The butterflies in the stomach kicks in while watching the great movement of inflating the balloons still on the ground. My pilot was a very good Englishman who conveyed complete confidence. So we were invited to board the baskets to float in the sky of Bagan. The balloon began to rise in a small mist of the morning, the sun was rising on the horizon and I could not believe what I was living. Hundreds of temples of all sizes planted on the ground. A surreal scenery !!! On the return, toast with champagne to celebrate the flight and a beautiful breakfast was set on the lawn. A sensational experience. The balloon season in Bagan runs from October to March. Last tip. In Bagan, stay at the Aureum Palace Bagan hotel. Wonderful. It has immense rustic bungalows on the edge of a lake surrounded by temples. Close by there is an observation tower from where you can see the balloons flying at dawn. I definitely  recommend it. In addition, rent a scooter and get lost on the dirt roads. You will come face to face with unbelievable temples and so many lovely people. What did you think of the tips? I wish you all a week full of great adventures! XoXo and see you all next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius

  • Pantacourt in the Summer

Pantacourt pants have become successful in the fashion world for a while now and it seems that the beloved fashionista piece will continue to be on the rise for a long time, and with the arrival of summer (in Brazil) it will continue a success and can be the protagonist of fresh and super stylish looks. The style is fashionable, super-cool and allows several basic ensembles yet still very cool. The tip is to bet on light pieces to match and cast the right accessories to compose the look. Check out a few beautiful looks I found on the internet to inspire you: Photos: Giovanna Ferrarezi/Mariana Andrade Summer is synonymous with cheerful days and “good vibes”, so a good tip to put together an outfit wearing a pair of Pantacourt is to bet on ensembles with vibrant colors and comfortable shoes. Photos: Internet The cool thing about these pants is that it fits well with any garment and it is possible to create looks for the most different styles and occasions. In the summer, the lighter the fabric of the chosen pieces, the better and more comfortable the outfit will be. From the beach to a night occasion. Versatility is the key word for the pantacourt. I love the fact that this style of pants is high waisted and it accentuates that region, leaving our bodies more shaped and beautiful. Did you like the tips? Is this a style you would add to your wardrobe?

  • #TravelTips: TO LIVE DAYS OF PEACE – FOUR SEASONS CHIANG MAI

Sometimes all we need on a trip is to relax, to live moments of total tranquility and to recharge our energies, don’t you agree? There are some hotels that are perfect for this. They are more than a place for you to spend a few days while you get to know a city. In fact, they are fate itself. Upon arriving, you already realize that the context is so welcoming that you have no desire to leave. The Four Seasons Chiang Mai is one of those warm, wonderful and impeccable destinations. A sanctuary of well-being. The hotel occupies a huge area just north of Thailand’s second largest city, Chiang Mai. It is surrounded by rice plantations that already make you delve into the local culture. The rice consumed in the hotel throughout the year is produced right there. Every day you follow the work of the peasants in the fields that spread around two ponds with lotus flowers and even around the wonderful pools in the middle of the green. It can’t any more special thank this! It opened in 1995 with 99 super luxurious apartments that include 22 private residences. The accommodations have careful Thai decor, flowers everywhere including the bathroom and the balcony. Incidentally, the balcony has such a beautiful view of the rice terraces and pools that you feel like sitting there for hours. But, get up for a yoga class or when it’s time for the spa. By the way, in Thailand you can not leave the massages aside at all. They are of the Gods! And the hotel spa is a must! Another highlight is the kitchen of Four Seasns Chiang Mai. Sensational from breakfast to dinner. Everything prepared with care, with fresh products, very attentive service and always with a beautiful view of the valley and the rice plantations. To get to Chiang Mai, its 45 minutes by car. Go early in the hotel’s van, circle the temples, sit down for a coffee, but do not delay. Come back soon to enjoy the peace of Four Seasons Chiang Mai. One of those special hotels in the world. Ah! One more tip: visit an elephant sanctuary and pay attention to choose one that is gentle with animals and does not offer rides. I suggest the Kanjana where the animals are rescued from mistreatment and very well taken care of. Write down these tips for when Thailand comes into your life. XoXo and a wonderful week to all! Morning of Chanel’s Show: “window/runway shopping” and everything white !!! Snow in Paris – and the city gets even more magical! I wore a look (not too warm) but beautiful and feminine! • NEON is back!

Trends come and go in the blink of an eye, but the cool part is that they come back renewed, always with a different detail that gives a special touch. And it’s for reasons like this that I’m in love with the fashion world. This is the case with Neon. The vibrant colors have returned to the fashion scene and it’s still going to rock for a long time. It does not matter if it is worn in an accessory or in a garment, what counts is betting on the trend and the creativity when putting together a look.  I know that for being bold and flashy it is a bit difficult to match, so start with accessories and then bet on only one neon piece of clothing in your outfit – match with more staple pieces, such as jeans, the result will look amazing. I guarantee you that little by little you will feel comfortable betting on the color as a first-rate fashionista. I found some beautiful looks on the internet to inspire those who are crazy to try this trend, check it out: Will you dare to be bold?! haha

  • #TravelTips: Do you know what is the Ace in the hole in Bangkok?

Bangkok is a magical word. Just say this name and a smile is guaranteed. Difficult to find someone who does not surrender to the charms of the capital of Thailand with its sumptuous temples, tasty cuisine, flowers everywhere, vibrant colors and the smell of incense in the air. There is only one problem … the traffic is frenzied !! It has some shortcuts to escape the chaos: boats and surface trains. Just choose a nice hotel with good location to get everything perfect. Then write this tip down: Shangri-La Bangkok. The hotel is super well located, which is a huge plus in Bangkok. It sits on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, where you can take a boat to escape the traffic of the Thai capital, steps away from the BTS surface train station and directly across from the brand-new Icon Siam luxury shopping mall. Only advantages. Last month I was back in Bangkok and stayed for a few days at Shangri-La Bangkok, a perfect choice. A flawless, sumptuous five-star hotel, divided into two large wings and with easy access to the city’s main historical sites and shopping areas. The Shangri-La group hotels have a few different floors called Horizon Club which are more exclusive, intimate and with several differentiated services like check in done directly in the apartment and access to the Horizon ClubLounge, where you have a business center and reserved area for breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Choose to stay in one of these apartments or suites and I guarantee that you will feel right at home. The spacious apartments have contemporary Thai-style décor, modern bathrooms and a stunning river view. Another high point of the hotel is the Salathipde Thai restaurant. Fantastic! It has an incredible vibe and is one of the best restaurants in the city. Worth ordering the tilapia with cabbage leaves, the fried siri and the phad thai. Ah! And don’t forget to schedule a great massage to end the relaxed day at Chi, The Spa. After all, Thai massage is famous all over the world. Jot down this tips, you won’t regret it! • Saving Bad Hair Days: Scarves

I bet there isn’t a person who hasn’t woken up late for an important occasion and looked in the mirror to come across a bad hair day. When this happens, it seems that there is no hairstyle that can manage the hair without washing it, but with the rush of everyday life, it is not always that we have time. Therefore, in today’s post I came to give some tips on how to ensure a beautiful, stylish hairstyle done in seconds with only 1 accessory: the scarf. We can not deny that the scarf is a versatile accessory! It can be used as a belt, on the neck, on the bag strap for a stylish look, on the wrist, as a top and so on, what counts is to use creativity and leave the house full of style. But today’s tip is how to bet on this accessory on the hair without being too over the top. Check it out: The first tip is to choose prints that match your look or even choose the scarf that gives an ideal touch of color to compose the entire ensemble. After that, choose your preferred hairstyle, spray a little dry shampoo, texturizer for a messy mood or hairspray to disguise the frizzy strands and give the final touch with the scarf: it is worth wearing it on the ponytail with a bow, on a bun, on the hair that is half up, as a headband and so forth … whatever your styling method is, I assure you that the result will be incredible. Check out some beautiful inspirations I found on the internet: So, are you into scarfs as hair accessories?

So, hair masks and treatments changed my life (my hair started growing fast again, and filled with life) so, since then I’ve been obsessed with them! I have to say I have tried MANY, MANY hair treatments before, but the product I’m reviewing for you guys today, blew my mind – my hair has never felt so soft in such a short amount of time (and trust me, I’m so picky)! So let me introduce you to the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots, a product that is super popular in Brazil (and was only available there, until last year) – BUUUUUT it just hit the US shelves in 2019, and of course I had to try it! Check out how you can rescue your damaged hair in 1 minute!!! Product Benefits: – The single dose-tube contains a deeply absorbing blend of Pro-Vitamin B5 – Delivers salon-like hair between professional treatments – Rinses quickly to avoid weighed down hair HOW TO USE IT: – Take care at selecting a shampoo! (I like to use a shampoo that gives me volume, like the Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo because my hair is very fine and flat). – Use the Intense Rescue Shots weekly instead of your normal conditioner – While in the shower, apply generously to fully saturate hair, root-to-tip (I usually target more of my ends, where my hair is more damaged) – Leave in for 30 seconds (ONLY)! – Rinse for 30 seconds (don’t over rinse) The Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots just hit shelves in the U.S. and are available now at Pantene.com – see here! This content was sponsored by Pantene but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

  • #DicasDeViagem: As Melhores Dicas de Bonaire

Então, anota as dez melhores dicas. 1. Claudia Liechavicius

  • #TravelTips: The Best Bonaire Tips

Nothing like taking a vacation and getting lost on a paradisiacal blue island. Bonaire is a hidden treasure in the Caribbean. It is small, charming, safe, full of flamingos and its great differential is the seabed. Hypnotizing! With colorful fish and corals that leave anyone breathless and can be accessed from the beach without you needing a boat (look at that!). So, write down these top ten tips. 1. Once you arrive at the airport, rent a car to drive around the entire island which is only 40 kilometers long by five wide. You will have more independence to go wherever you feel like it. 2. Always have snorkel and fins in the car to dive in over 60 “open-air aquarium type” spots; and sneakers for walking on beaches that are full of corals. If deep diving is your thing, rent a truck with the “drive and dive” structure. 3. The dive sites are always marked with stones painted yellow. The coolest are: 1000 Steps (which actually has only 75 steps), Andrea II, Boka di Tolo, Karpata, Jeannie’s Glory and Pink Beach. Stop the car and jump in the water. That simple. 4. Hike or pedal at Wahington-Slagbaai National Park, where the highest hill in Bonaire, the Brandaris, is 240 meters high and Lake Goto is full of flamingos. 5. Go to Boka Onima, a sea entrance in the middle of the corals, where it has an impressive cave with beautifully preserved Indian inscriptions surrounded by giant cacti. 6. Get to know the two main towns of Bonaire: the capital Kralendijk which is the central point, most popular, where everything happens; and Rincon where many descendants of the slaves who lived on the island live. 7. Board a water taxi for $ 15 (round trip) to go to the deserted island of Klein Bonaire which has fantastic diving spots. It’s close. They are only 800 meters from the west coast. Unmissable!! 8. Kayak on a guided tour through the Mangrove, a mangrove swamp in the south of the island that meets the sea. It’s beautiful. There are hundreds of flamingos. 9. Visit the island’s burricos sanctuary. They care for more than 300 animals, so cute! On the way back, enjoy driving through the salt flats. 10. Watch the sunset at one of these restaurants: Brass Boer or Sebastian’s. And end the day with a golden key. Jot down these tips and include Bonaire to your wishlist. XoXo and until next Tuesday. Claudia Liechavicius
